Eight weeks online
Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course starts with 6 weeks of self-managed study and practice and ends with a 2-week live immersion program, all delivered online. The schedule is adapted to accommodate people in all North American time zones.

Your journey into yoga begins with a 6-week learning program that includes a daily yoga practice (1hr/day), pre-recorded video classes (2hr/week) and readings. Throughout the course, you will have the support of our dedicated Yoga Team and a live 60 minute yoga webinar every Sunday. Through the Sunday webinars, you will connect with an international community of others who are also passionate about yoga.
