Heartfulness Institute (HI)  and Vivekananda Yoga University (VaYU)  come together to address Mental Wellbeing in a simple and effective way.  The two Yoga organizations take to heart the issues of anxiety and loneliness that have increased globally during the pandemic. They propose a simple 6-week program to make a difference in the mental health of all who participate.

Take this free 6-week online program to improve your mental well-being. Practice daily Yoga, breathing, Heartfulness Meditation and other self-care techniques.

Overview of the course:

  1. Weekly Live Class (North America Timings): Take a weekly live class with Yoga and Meditation trainers from both institutes  - Sundays 60 min

  2. Daily Personal Practice. Program includes access to video and audio recordings to support your daily practice:

  • 45min Morning: Asana, breathing, Heartfulness relaxation & meditation

  • 15 min Evening: Breathing, Heartfulness Cleaning

  • 15 min Night: Heartfulness Inner Connect, relaxation

To advance research in Yoga for the benefit of more people, Heartfulness Institute and the Vivekananda Yoga University have created a study to measure the impact of this program on wellbeing and loneliness.

What will you receive?

  • One extra session before the program

  • One extra session at the end of the program

  • Personalised support and access to trainer during the whole program

 

What do you need to do?

  • Complete 3 internationally recognized scales that measure anxiety, loneliness and satisfaction with life.

  • Sign a consent form. You may drop out of the study at any point, if you choose.

  • Participate in the extra sessions at the enrollment point and again at  the conclusion of the study

  • Participate in the full program as described above.
