Let's look at your design together.

Share what you have made for your event or program, and we will go through it to see what is working, what would lift it, and anything worth adding.

01

Who is this for?

Choose by who the design is for, not by what the piece is about.

Choose by who is being persuaded, not by subject matter. A wellbeing program pitched to a school board is Corporate — the reader is an institutional decision-maker. The same program's student workbook is Education & Youth. A retreat brochure for the public is Wellness; the same retreat's materials for practitioners are Spiritual.

02

Where will it be seen?

Choose everywhere it will be used — a poster is often photographed and forwarded too. This tells us how far away someone will be reading it, which decides whether your text is big enough, and whether the file will print well.

03

Show us the design

Drop it here, or choose a file

Brochure, poster, banner, social post, flyer — whatever you have made.

PDF, PNG or JPG. A PDF works best — it lets us read your actual typefaces rather than guessing at them. In Canva or PowerPoint, Share → Download → PDF.

Your design is not stored anywhere. It is read in your browser and sent once for review, then it is gone.

This check follows the Heartfulness Brand Guide and the Colour System. Colour, contrast, text size and resolution are measured in your browser; everything about imagery, wording and composition is a reading, not a ruling — you know your event better than we do.
